Why Tech18.com??

Hello everyone icon smile Why Tech18.com?? icon smile Why Tech18.com?? . This is my first post so i want everyone to know why i chose ”Tech18” as my domain name.

On my cousin Sunil Jain’s birthday his parents thought of giving him a nice gift, So they gave him this domain name + hosting as he completed his 18. As it’s a gift from his parents he accepted it happily and thinking of making this site something big.

But later i being a newbie in this blogging field asked him to give me this site ,it was very tough for him to give it to me at last his parents told him to give it to me. So he gave me happily and is guiding me in this platform of success.

So i would like to have your opinions about what topic should i start in this site or should i make it a discussion forum or wordpress mu blog ???

    First of all, welcome to the blogging world. ^^
    I hope you don't mind me answering your question here instead of FB:

    I think the first thing is to discover your true passion — what you like to read/write about. How easy it is for you to get the resources? Would you be able to come up with something new or a different way in your presentations? All these take into account as audiences will easily notice whether a person is into what he's writing or not through the content.

    After deciding your niche, find out what are your competitors write about, what's their popular post? What are the keywords used? Learn from them and come up with an updated post or a better idea.

    Follow the trend in your niche. What's the biggest problem people faced in money making online? What are the solutions so far and do you have a prediction for future? If you're into the niche, you'll find out whatever updates there is. Be a go-to for source or solutions.

    I know, easier said than done. But what matters most is the effort you put in. Popular posts mostly come unique ideas, massive efforts in researching.. Also, if you wish to push up your Alexa rank, try to be a frequent poster and invite people to visit your blog — blog networking, that is.

    Don't get overwhelmed with all the advises. Just plan it out according to your pace step by step. Have a few posting ready and visit blogs with quality comments.

    As you know i have started my blogging with wordpress platform , so i am very much crazy about the wordpress plugins,themes,it's features and many more. I also like gadgets , news related to technology and money making ideas.

    Well i will start up with my way of writing then i would like to hear from you whether my presentation is good or not ?? :) :)

    Currently i don't have any competitors as i have started visiting blogs through various redirects , will research and let you know. And also from now on i would not forget to give quality comments on the blogs i visit.

    When you have said frequent poster , how many posts in a day should i post and blog networking i will be learning from you only ;)

    These advices were brilliant and good for a beginner. I will try to convert your advices into a post and post it, :) :) :)

    Thanks for the suggestion Rocky :) , but the domain name which my cousin has given me has the following reasons behind it :
    * Short and Simple Domain name :)
    * Mainly targets the youth generation so added 18 to it and also as it was his 18th b'day so he took it
